Beachfront Deluxe Suite: These are the newest addition to the Edgewater Resort, with 24 suites located just metres from the waters edge. These spacious suites are spread out over a three story complex with great views of the white sand beach, lagoon and coral reef beyond. Feature an ensuite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 1 Single Bed. Dining

Mal's Bar: The bar is situated in the pool area overlooking the beach and lagoon. Mal's Bar is a great place to strike up a chat with fellow guests and Cook Island staff. The bar opens at 10.00am and closes at midnight (later on Friday nights if requested) and serves an extensive selection of fine Australian and New Zealand wines, local and imported beers and spirits.

The Spaghetti House Restaurant And Bar: Open daily for dinner, the Spaghetti House is the most popular place on Rarotonga for pizza, pasta and other classic Italian cuisine. Casual dining in air-conditioned comfort, the Spaghetti House is perfect for a light meal or a relaxing dinner.

The Edgewater Brasserie: offers daily tropical breakfast, lunch and al la carte dining and special theme nights including the Island nights on Tuesday and Saturday. Located right on the water's edge overlooking the pool and the lagoon the Brasserie provides nightly themed dinner through the week.

Activities

The Edgewater Resort & Spa has a full-time activities staff member and a wide range of creative, fun-filled Cook Islands-style activities. Do as much as you like or simply relax by the large freshwater swimming pool with sun loungers overlooking the white sand beach and lagoon.

Tennis: Edgewater offers two international tennis courts with a full-time professional coach and a holiday centre complete with rental vehicles.

Water Sports: There is also a wide variety of water sports on offer - swim with a multitude of friendly fish, the protected lagoon offers some of the most remarkable snorkelling on the island directly in front of the terrace. Complimentary 2 hours' use of quality snorkelling equipment - fins, mask and snorkel is available from the sports Centre.

Diving: Certified PADI/NAUI instructors can also take you on world class scuba dives just off the reef's edge.

Fish feeding and reef walking: Be charmed by the friendly and charismatic fish who are only too happy to accept a tasty treat from your hand. Or go for a guided walk on the reef and discover an incredible underwater world of coral, starfish, octopus, crabs and colourful fish.

Cultural Activities: Join in the fun with the activities staff in a variety of traditional and not so traditional Polynesian activities- coconut husking, tree climbing and coconut weaving, pareu tying, prepare yourself for Island Night by learning about traditional Cook Island Maori costumes, making your own head and neck floral Eis and practicing your island instrument playing and dancing.
