The Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa
Tucked away on a secluded islet on the edge of the magnificent Aitutaki lagoon, The Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa offers an enchanting setting with spectacular vistas, crystal clear waters, luxuriant natural vegetation and white sandy beaches. The resort is the only one directly on Aitutaki Lagoon, and comes complete with the Cook Islands' only Overwater Bungalows, and Aitutaki's only Spa.
This magical hideaway offers luxury island holiday accommodation set among swaying palms trees and lush gardens. With the help of the local people, the bungalows have been decorated with platted kikau for the roofs, hand-woven pandanus wall matting, coconut hemp rope and locally carved artefacts.
The Are Kaikai Restaurant and Tainui Cocktail Bar offers fine a la carte dining and specialises in local seafood. Ru's Beach Bar situated over the edge of the lagoon offers light meals in an ambiance that is casual and convivially relaxed. The resort also features a boutique, swimming pool, twice weekly cultural shows and a wide range of excursions. This Cook Islands resort accommodation has it all.
