Please note Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island Resort have blocked off a small portion on the spit point on the island to build additional facilities. No effort is spared to reduce any noise and disruption. There is currently no expected completion date.
Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island Resort offers luxury accommodation in paradise including the stunning over-water bungalows and beachfront suites. With the help of local people, the bungalows have been decorated with platted kikau for the roofs, hand-woven pandanus wall matting, coconut hemp rope and locally carved artefacts.

Beachfront Bungalow: Set directly on the white sandy beach and offers stunning views out over the blue lagoon waters. Size is 52.50m². Bedding is 1 King Bed OR 2 Single Beds OR 1 King Bed + 1 Single Bed OR 3 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults.
Deluxe Beachfront Bungalow: These spacious bungalows are set directly on the beachfront with uninterrupted views of the lagoon. Size is 70m². Bedding is 1 King Bed OR 2 Single Beds OR 1 King Bed + 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults.
Premium Beachfront Bungalow: Located facing the sands of Sunset Beach with views over the Aitutaki Lagoon and shaded by the coconut palms. Features an outdoor shower. Bedding is 1 King Bed OR 2 Single Beds OR 1 King Bed + 1 Single Bed OR 3 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults.
Overwater Bungalows: Are the only overwater bungalows in the Cook Islands, they feature stylish tropical decor right on the edge of the lagoon. The decor is distinctly Polynesian with walls lined in pandanus and natural tapa cloth and carved Cook Islands artifacts adorn the room. There are steps that offer direct access to the lagoon below. (For this reason Overwater Bungalows are not recommended for children who are not competent swimmers.) After swimming, guests can rinse off under the outdoor shower on the lower verandah deck. The spacious Bungalow bathroom features an open air shower in a private walled garden and double wooden vanity. There are private sun lounges with a table and chairs on the verandah. Size is 90.10m². Bedding is 1 King Bed OR 2 Single Beds OR 1 King Bed + 1 Single Bed OR 3 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults.
Bounty Brasserie: Located close to the swimming pool and lobby. Enjoy delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner menus featuring fresh seafood and Themed dinner evenings.
Flying Boat Beach Bar & Grill: Relax with a cold beverage in hand and enjoy light meals for lunch.
