There are 17 studios in total, located over 3 levels with 6 on the ground floor, 6 on the first floor and 5 deluxe studios located on the top floor. Each studio features stunning ocean views, kitchenette facilities and a private balcony or patio.

Beachfront Studio: Located on the ground and 1st floor. Bedding is 1 King Bed OR 1 King Bed + 1 Single Bed OR 3 Single Beds. Interconnecting rooms are available on request. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults & Children + 1 Infant.
Deluxe Beachfront Studio: These rooms occupy the top floor of the hotel and offer stunning panoramic views of the white sand beach and sparkling lagoon from your private balcony. Bedding is 1 King Bed OR 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults. (Adults only 18yrs+ in this room type).
The Apartments and Villas are located 4 kilometres (5 min drive) away from Moana Sands Beachfront Hotel. There are 4 apartments and 6 villas in total, with the apartments located adjacent to the villas. The Moana Sands Office, Hibiscus Salon and Coco Latte Cafe are all onsite and a supermarket is located across the road.

2 Bedroom Beachfront Villa: There are 3 villas located on the ground floor and 3 villas located on the first floor. Bedding is 2 King Beds OR 1 King Bed + 2 Single Beds OR 4 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults & Children.
3 Bedroom Beachside Apartment: Each apartment is situated on the first floor and offer great views of the lagoon from the large deck. Moana Restaurant & Bar: Located at Moana Sands Beachfront Hotel, this restaurant serves quality local cuisine and delicious seafood. Enjoy al fresco dining with spectacular beach and lagoon views.
Coco Latte Cafe: Located adjacent to Moana Sands Beachfront Villas, Coco Latte Café offers a tantalizing array of delicious treats including sandwiches, a fresh selection of tasty salads, quiches, freshly baked slices, cakes and muffins utilizing local fruits and produce and fantastic espresso coffee, iced coffee, fresh fruit smoothies and their famous Nu- shakes.

There is a variety of marine life in the lagoon offering great snorkelling. Dive adventures can be booked directly with the resort. These are both 9 hole courses.
Hibiscus Spa: Located at the Taikura shops adjacent to the Moana Sands Villas & Apartments, the spa provides a range of relaxing treatments, manicures and pedicures.
There are only a couple of Golf Courses in the Cook Islands, one course is in Raratonga on the West Coast and one on Aitutaki right beside the airport.
Children: 2-11 years child rate applies. Porta cots are available on request for infants 0-1 years, with additional charge, payable direct.
